Twain's Grains began in the heart of our family wheat farm, where hard work wasn't just a concept but a way of life. Surrounded by golden wheat fields, I absorbed the essence of agriculture and learned invaluable lessons in dedication and resilience.
In 2023, I confronted my culinary fears and brought the fields into the kitchen. Integrating the farm's timeless lessons into my kitchen has proven to be the most rewarding experience. Instead of focusing solely on grain milling, let’s explore the diverse uses of wheat berries after simply boiling them.
