At Twain’s Grains, we carefully package and ship our grain products to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or seasonal sales.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Twain’s Grains is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Twain’s Grains is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. Twain’s Grains is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

Food Safety

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot accept returns due to food safety regulations. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for additional information.
