Agricultural STEM Mobile Trailer

A Hands-On Farm & Culinary Experience That Drives Right to Your School
Our 18-foot mobile stone-milling trailer brings the complete story of local grain directly to schools, or your events. Led by 4th-generation grain producer Twain, this mobile lab bridges real-world STEM concepts with the art and science of cooking.
Students gather around our exterior observation and demonstration stations to explore the physics of stone milling, soil biology, grain chemistry, and the rich culinary heritage of fresh, whole-grain foods all while sampling fresh cooked wheat berries.
